The familiar hygiene and precautionary measures will continue to be implemented for museum visits during the Corona pandemic. These are based on the current regulations of the NRW state government, the recommendations of the RKI, the German Museums Association and the German Association of Cities, as well as the rules of conduct of the Federal Centre for Health Education.

Before the visit

  • Since the access of our visitors must be controlled, entry to the exhibition is only possible within a pre-booked time slot ticket for the respective exhibition area.
  • For easy traceability, we are obliged to record the contact details of our visitors. For this purpose, we offer a DSGVO-compliant contact tracking tool on site.
  • Only come to the NEW NOW Festival if you feel healthy. We ask people who are ill to stay at home.

During the visit

  • Admission to the NEW NOW Festival exhibition is only possible during the pre-booked time slot (time is binding). Please be there at least 10 minutes before the start of your time slot and no more than 15 minutes after the start of your time slot.
  • The duration of stay in the NEW NOW exhibition is 60 minutes.
  • The following rules apply in the building:
    • Wearing a medical mouth-nose protection is obligatory for all visitors. Exceptions apply upon presentation of a medical certificate and for children under 6 years of age.
    • A minimum distance of 1.5 - 2 metres from other visitors and our staff must be maintained during the entire visit.
    • The formation of groups is not permitted.
  • Contactless disinfectant dispensers are available at various points in the building.
  • The cleaning rhythm of the toilet facilities is increased.
  • The total number of persons allowed is limited.

Almost all areas of the Mischanlage are accessible. If you have any questions, please contact us at ticket@newnow-festival.com or call 0049 201 246810.
